Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 July 2026
These terms govern your use of GearDropMania and any contract you make with GearDropMania Ltd. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.
1. Who we are
GearDropMania Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 15428037, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Our VAT number is GB 442 8811 07. Our director is Kmieczyk Karolina. You can contact us at support@geardropmania.co.uk or +44 20 4525 8810.
2. These terms and your statutory rights
By placing an order you accept these terms. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. Where these terms conflict with those rights, your statutory rights prevail.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
- You must own, or be lawfully authorised to use, any game account you give us access to.
- We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering, sanctions exposure, or a breach of these terms.
4. What we sell
We supply digital content (in-game items, currency and account access) and digital services (boosting and coaching). Product pages state the game, what is included, the expected delivery window and the final price. Screenshots and item images are illustrative; the listing description is the contractual specification.
5. Orders and contract formation
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfil the order — for example the item has already sold — we will tell you promptly and refund you in full.
6. Prices, payment and VAT
- All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where chargeable.
- The total payable, including any fees, is shown before you confirm the order.
- Payments are processed by an FCA-authorised payment service provider. We do not store full card details.
- Funds are held in escrow and released to the seller after delivery is confirmed.
7. Delivery
Delivery windows are stated on each listing and in our Delivery Policy. Unless agreed otherwise, we will supply within 30 days of the contract at the latest. If delivery fails within a reasonable time and any additional period you allow, you may treat the contract as at an end and receive a full refund.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Your 14-day cancellation right, the exceptions that apply to digital content supplied immediately, and how we handle refunds are set out in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Boosting, coaching and account access
- Account sharing and boosting may breach the terms of service of a game publisher. You accept that risk when you order; we are not responsible for a publisher's decision to restrict or suspend your account, except where the loss is caused by our negligence.
- We apply safety measures as standard: region-matched connections, offline mode where available, disabled in-game chat and no streaming of your account.
- Change your password before and after any piloted order, and remove any payment methods stored on the account.
- You must not ask a booster to break the law, harass other players, or use cheats. We will cancel such orders without refund.
10. No gambling
GearDropMania does not operate loot boxes, crate openings, wagering, lotteries or any other chance-based mechanic. Every product has a fixed, disclosed outcome and a fixed price. We hold no licence from the Gambling Commission because we carry on no licensable activity.
11. Acceptable use
- Do not use the site for fraud, laundering, or to trade items you do not own.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, scrape or overload the platform.
- Do not submit false chargebacks; we report suspected payment fraud to the police.
12. Intellectual property
The GearDropMania name, logo, site design and content are owned by us or licensed to us. Game titles, item names and trademarks belong to their respective publishers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any publisher.
13. Our liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. We are not liable for business losses; we supply to consumers for private use only. Where liability can lawfully be limited, our total liability for a contract is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
14. Complaints and dispute resolution
Please contact legal@geardropmania.co.uk first — see our Complaints & Disputes Policy. If we cannot resolve the matter, you may refer it to an approved alternative dispute resolution provider, or to the courts. You can also report a trader to Citizens Advice, who pass reports to Trading Standards.
15. Changes, governing law and jurisdiction
We may change these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that contract. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
